How buying a PGSHF Lahore plot or file works
- Choose a plot or membership file by size and position (corner, park-facing, main road).
- Verify the member's details and dues with PGSHF before paying anything.
- Agreement — token against a written agreement on stamp paper with CNIC copies of both sides.
- Transfer / attorney — complete the transfer process at PGSHF and pay the applicable transfer fee and any outstanding development charges.
