Questions we hear every day

What is a PGSHF membership file?
It's a membership with the Punjab Government Servants Housing Foundation that entitles the holder to a plot of a certain size in a scheme. The plot number is assigned later through balloting.
Who can buy a PGSHF file? Can non-government employees buy?
New memberships are issued to government servants, but files and plots can be bought on resale by anyone, subject to PGSHF's transfer rules. We check the rules for your case.
How do I know a file is genuine?
We verify every file with PGSHF records before you pay — ownership, membership number, dues and status — and explain it to you in plain words.
What's the difference between an open file and an allotted file?
An open file is still waiting for balloting; an allotted file has already been assigned a plot. Allotted files usually cost more because the plot location is known.
How does balloting and allocation work?
PGSHF allots plots through computerized draws based on entitlement seniority. We track schedules and results and guide you on what to do next.
How long does a transfer take, and what documents are needed?
It depends on the scheme and PGSHF's process at the time. Typically you'll need CNICs, photos, the original file documents and an NOC. We prepare the paperwork and follow up until it's done.
Can I apply for a refund of my membership?
Refunds follow PGSHF's rules for your membership. We help you understand your options and handle the application.
Do you offer Etihad Town Phase 4 on installments?
Yes. Etihad Town Phase 4 plots are available on installment plans. Message us for the current plan and sizes.
Why don't you show prices online?
Rates change daily, so we give you the live rate instead of an outdated number.
Do you deal in Bahria Town and other Lahore societies?
Yes — Etihad Town, Park View City, Bahria Town, Canal Gardens, Union Town, Urban City, New Lahore City and PAEC Foundation Housing Scheme.
Can overseas Pakistanis buy through you?
Yes. We act as your trusted person on the ground and keep you updated on WhatsApp at every step.
Can you also build a house on my plot?
Yes, through our sister company Al-Fareed Builders (PEC licensed C-4): grey structure with material or complete finishing.
