PGSHF Relationship Number, Member Account & Seniority List
A plain-language guide for PGSHF members and file buyers: what your member account shows, where to check it, the seniority list, and how to correct your details.
How PGSHF member accounts work
Every PGSHF member has a separate account with the Foundation. Monthly installments are deducted at source from the member's pay by the Accountant General Punjab or the District Accounts Office and credited to that account, which earns an annual markup. The Foundation's official website lets members view their account online.
Where to check your details
- Go to the official PGSHF website: pgshf.gop.pk (this is the only official source).
- Use the member information / account section with the details PGSHF has given you (such as your membership or relationship number and CNIC).
- Check your installments, balance and personal details.
- For the seniority list, use the tentative seniority list section on the same website.
We are a private agency, not PGSHF. We cannot look up anyone's account without the member, and you should never share login details with anyone.
Wrong address, CNIC or other details?
PGSHF has an Information Change/Correction Process on its website. In the past, members with incomplete or wrong addresses missed notices and were asked to submit documents before balloting — so keep your address and mobile number up to date.
Buying or selling a PGSHF file?
Before any PGSHF file changes hands, the member's account, dues and details must match the documents. AL-FAREED ESTATE checks this for every file we deal in and prepares the complete transfer file. See PGSHF buy, sell and transfer, or browse files in Sialkot, Lahore and Sahiwal.
