How PGSHF subscription works
A PGSHF member's monthly subscription is deducted at source from the member's pay by the Accountant General Punjab or the District Accounts Office and credited to the member's account with the Foundation. The Member's Deduction Detail page on the official PGSHF website shows these deductions.
How to check the deduction detail
- Click Open official PGSHF Deduction Detail (the same page linked from the Membership menu on pgshf.gop.pk).
- Enter the member's Relationship No., National ID Card (CNIC) No. and Date of Birth, tick the captcha and press Submit.
- Compare the deductions shown with the member's pay slips. Missing months should be raised with PGSHF and the accounts office.
Why deductions matter when buying a file
A file whose subscription is incomplete can face problems at draw or transfer time. Before buying, check the deduction detail and ask the seller for recent pay slips.
