What the PGSHF seniority list is
PGSHF publishes Tentative Entitlement Seniority Lists of its members on its official website. The lists are arranged by district or station and by member category, and you choose both on the page to see the relevant list.
How seniority is decided
- Seniority depends on the member's date of retirement, superannuation or death, and on the priority of the district or station.
- Lists are published every calendar year, in the first week of January.
- Houses and plots are allocated by seniority determined 180 days before each draw, subject to eligibility and availability.
- The lists are tentative: they can change when a member's date of birth, retirement or death date, pay scale or category, station priority or membership status is updated.
- The structure is set by Rule 19(3)(d) of the PGSHF Rules 2013 and Regulation 6 of the PGSHF Regulations 2013.
How to find a member in the seniority list
- Click Open official PGSHF Seniority List.
- Select the district / station and the category.
- Find the member's name and position. Check it against the member's retirement date and category.
