The LDA warning you should know about
LDA has publicly warned buyers that the developer was advertising and selling plots beyond the approved area of 1,614 kanal, and told buyers to buy only plots that fall inside the approved layout plan (revised plan approved 6 February 2021, subject to conditions). This does not mean the approved area is illegal; it means every plot must be checked against the approved layout.
How to check a plot yourself
- Ask for the approval letter or NOC for the phase from the developer's office, and note the reference number.
- Check LDA's approved schemes list on the LDA website or at the LDA One Window Cell.
- Match the plot to the approved layout plan — block and plot number must appear on the plan LDA approved.
- Confirm ownership and dues at the Etihad Town office before any token money.
