Location and access
Phase 1 is on Main Raiwind Road in south-west Lahore. The developer gives these drive times: about 2 minutes to Canal Road, 5 minutes to Thokar Niaz Baig and Wapda Town, 10 minutes to Johar Town and DHA Rahbar, 15 minutes to Emporium Mall and the Lahore Ring Road, and 35 minutes to Allama Iqbal International Airport. Approval
LDA's list of approved housing schemes includes Etihad Town at Mouza Rakh Khamba with an approved area of 1,614.33 kanal (LDA approved schemes list). LDA has also warned buyers not to buy plots outside this approved area, after the revised layout plan was approved on 6 February 2021 (LDA warning, ProPakistani). - Pick the plot — phase, block, size, and whether you want a possession plot or an installment file.
- Verify first — confirm the plot or file number, the owner's name and the dues at the Etihad Town office before any payment, and check that the plot lies inside the approved layout.
- Agree in writing — token money only against a written agreement with both parties' CNIC copies.
- Transfer at the developer's office — pay the transfer fee and any outstanding installments or development charges there.
