Our story

I started AL-FAREED ESTATE® in 2014, together with my co-founder Mian Ali Sher Daula, with a simple belief: government employees who saved all their lives deserve an honest dealer.

In those early years I saw too many good people lose money to fake files, hidden dues and broken promises. I decided we would be different — every file verified before payment, every status explained in plain words, and every client supported until the transfer is complete.

In 2016 we registered AL-FAREED ESTATE® as a trademark with IPO-Pakistan. A name worth protecting is a name you can trust.

From our head office in Mohlanwal, Lahore, we grew to Sialkot and Sahiwal, serving PGSHF members across 8 cities and dealing hundreds of plots and files along the way — and today we also serve buyers in Etihad Town, Park View City and Lahore's other leading societies.

In 2020 we launched Al-Fareed Builders, PEC licensed, so our clients can go from file to finished home with one trusted family.
