Two kinds of price matter in Park View City: the developer's own rate for plots it still sells, and the resale price for plots owners are selling. Here are both, block by block, as of 30 October 2026.
Developer prices (residential)
These are the rates on the developer's own payment-plan page (parkviewcity.com.pk), checked on 30 October 2026. They are cash prices; corner and park-facing plots cost 10% extra.

The developer updated its on-ground and Tulip Extension 1 Kanal rates in October 2026 (on-ground 5 Marla was 85 lakh and 10 Marla 1.6 crore; Tulip Extension 1 Kanal was 2.8 crore). The page does not say whether development charges are included, so confirm this before booking.

What changes the price of a plot
- Possession: on-ground plots with possession cost more than plots still being developed.
- Position: corner, park-facing and main-boulevard plots cost about 10% more.
- Block approval: only four original blocks are on LDA's approved list (see LDA approval guide). Check this for the plot you want.
- Dues: an "all dues paid" plot is worth more than one with dues still owed.
How to buy safely
- Pick the plot — block, size, and whether you need an on-ground possession plot now.
- Verify first — confirm the plot number, the owner's name and any dues at the Park View City office before paying anything.
- Agree in writing — token money only against a written agreement with both parties' CNIC copies.
- Pay the right way — developer payments by pay order or cheque in the name of Vision Developers (Pvt) Ltd, never cash to a person.
- Transfer at the developer's office — collect the transfer letter and official receipts in your name.
