Park View City Lahore Blocks Explained
Park View City has grown block by block since 2010, so buyers hear many names. This guide sorts them into what the developer sells today, what has possession, what is on LDA's approved list, and what you will mainly find on resale.
Blocks the developer sells now
The developer's block page lists these residential blocks (30 October 2026):

Blocks on LDA's approved list
LDA's approved schemes list still records the society under its original name, River Edge, with four blocks: Topaz, Sapphire, Jade and Jasmine (765.05 approved area, 991 residential and 126 commercial plots). Blocks added later are not part of that record. Details in our LDA approval guide.
Other blocks you will see on resale
Owners also sell plots in Crystal, Diamond, Gold, Golf Estate, Orchard, Overseas, Pearl, Platinum, Rose, Silver, Tulip and Topaz Extension (from Zameen listings). Resale prices for each are on our plot prices page.
Platinum Block
Platinum Block is about 2.5 km from Thokar Niaz Baig and has 5 and 10 Marla plots and houses, described by Zameen as developed. It is not on the developer's current sales page and not one of LDA's four approved blocks. Resale 5 Marla plots were listed at about 55 to 65 lakh in October 2026. We could not find an official Platinum Block map; ask us and we will share the plot location on a visit.
Note: "Park View Villas" was the name of the whole society from 2010, not of Platinum Block (Profit).
Which block suits you?
- Build now: Executive, Tulip Extension, Jade Extension or Grand Deal (ready for possession).
- Lowest budget: Overseas or Silver on resale (about 45 to 55 lakh for 5 Marla).
- LDA-approved area: Topaz, Sapphire, Jade or Jasmine.
How to buy safely
- Pick the plot — block, size, and whether you need an on-ground possession plot now.
- Verify first — confirm the plot number, the owner's name and any dues at the Park View City office before paying anything.
- Agree in writing — token money only against a written agreement with both parties' CNIC copies.
- Pay the right way — developer payments by pay order or cheque in the name of Vision Developers (Pvt) Ltd, never cash to a person.
- Transfer at the developer's office — collect the transfer letter and official receipts in your name.

There is no official count. The developer currently sells six residential blocks (Grand Deal, Imperial, Tulip Extension, Tulip Overseas, Executive, Jade Extension), and resale listings cover more than fifteen block names.
