PGSHF Faisalabad: Satiana Road and FDA City schemes (2026)
PGSHF has two housing schemes in Faisalabad: a large one on Satiana Road and a smaller one inside FDA City. Both were allotted to retired government servants through computerized draws between 2013 and 2023, and allottees can sell three months after possession.

Plot sizes are 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla and 1 Kanal. Facilities listed by PGSHF: electricity, Sui gas, parks, Jamia Mosque, school site and sector shops, with roads at least 40 ft wide. A PGSHF regional office handles transfers and NOCs.

- 5 May 2016: balance plots of the Faisalabad schemes.
- 9 June 2017: FDA City plots, at Liberty Castle, Gulberg III, Lahore.
- 27 September 2018: 85 plots of 5 Marla on Satiana Road, after the Lahore High Court vacated its stay.
- 7 April 2021: balance plots, held online on Zoom and Facebook Live.
- 8 September 2023: balance plots, at Al-Hamra Arts Council, Lahore.

Buying a PGSHF plot safely
- Check the seller is the owner on PGSHF record: allotment letter, possession letter and the seller's CNIC must match.
- Check dues: ask the project office for a dues clearance certificate before you pay any token money.
- Check the timing: a plot can only be sold three months after physical possession.
- Never skip the NOC: PGSHF says a transfer without its NOC can lead to cancellation of the allotment.
- Pay against paper: token money only against a written agreement, and fees only through the PGSHF challan.
