PGSHF's Khanewal scheme has two developed sites: Site-I on Stadium Road and Site-II near the Police Line. Three draws have been held, the latest on 30 April 2025, and a good number of plots are still in the balance.

Buying a PGSHF plot safely
- Check the seller is the owner on PGSHF record: allotment letter, possession letter and the seller's CNIC must match.
- Check dues: ask the project office for a dues clearance certificate before you pay any token money.
- Check the timing: a plot can only be sold three months after physical possession.
- Never skip the NOC: PGSHF says a transfer without its NOC can lead to cancellation of the allotment.
- Pay against paper: token money only against a written agreement, and fees only through the PGSHF challan.
